Amidst the rocky, greeny mountains, near the Historic Palur river, in a town named Mamandur, bordered with scenic beauty, stands erect the inviting PRASAN VIDYA MANDIR, drawing the attention of travellers who check in and out of Chengalpattu through the National Highway.
The cause of its existence was Sri. Prasannamal, a philanthrophist who had a strong vision that education is the one which uncovers the knowledge hidden by ignorance, leading to see the invisible behind the visible.
PVM is managed by K C Prasannamal Memorial Educational Trust. PVM is a co educational, English medium school following the CBSE syllabus.
